It makes a wonderful soak for sore muscles, sinus congestion, colds & fevers. Plantopia's herbal bath teas come with a re-useable, unbleached cotton drawstring pouch. Two cups in volume gives you enough for 4-6 baths. For external use only.
Our natural pumice stone is a gem for natural pedicures and is real pumice stone, not the cheaper lava stone. One stone will last for years. Rinse with warm water after using, allow to air dry.
